DC will be releasing their third weekly series this October. The title is Earth 2: World’s End and will be written by Tom Taylor, Paul Levitz  (current writers on Earth 2 and World’s Finest) as well as Daniel H. Wilson, Marguerite Bennet, and Mike Johnson. The artists joining them on the series are Eddy Barrows, Stephen Segovia, Paulo Siqueira, Tyler Kirkham, and Jorge Jimenez.

DC released an image alongside the announcement that shows a new Superman, new Batman, Kryptonian Val-Zod, as well as Power Girl and Huntress. Dr Fate’s helmet is shown on the ground. And Apokolips hovers menacingly in the background, seemingly destroying a moon or another world.

The new weekly series will begin after every new 52 title moves five years into the future for a tie-in event titled Futures End.
