There are spoilers for the future of Superior Spider-Man in this artcile. Beware.

Following the recently announced return of Peter Parker, Marvel has confirmed another Amazing Spider-Man book will come to the stands in April, this one will be a Infinite Comic, Marvel’s digital-first initiative. The book – called Amazing Spider-Man: Who Am I? – will feature a Peter Parker suffering from amnesia, will be written by Joshua Hale Fialkov (Ultimate Comics: Ultimates, The Bunker, Hunger), with Juan Bobillo and Antonio Fabela on the art, and layouts by Geoffo Beauleau and JL Mast. And even though he’s not writing it, it seems Amazing Spider-Man’s writer, Dan Slott, will be overseeing the book.

“The story starts with Peter Parker having lost all of his memory. He doesn’t know who he is. He’s in the process of robbing a bank,” Fialkov said in an interview with Marvel. “If you remove identity and get to the core of who Peter Parker really is, is he a hero? Would he act as a hero, when presented with the opportunities of a villain?”

Amazing Spider-Man: Who Am I, as well as the regular Amazing Spider-Man will debut in April.
