Surprising absolutely zero people, Marvel has revealed that its Netflix shows will tie into the Cinematic Universe that they have already established. Seriously, is this even worthy of a news article?
Well, it sort of is, because previously, it was possible that these Netflix shows (starring Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Daredevil, and the Defenders) would be stand alone shows, operating in a separate of the universe than the movies and the one already existing Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. TV show.
The Netflix series will debut at some time in 2015, however no specific dates have been given, and very little other information has been released, though the shows are likely still abut an entire year out.
