Official Trailer is Released for Paddington

A new trailer for Paddington has been posted on IMDB that actually shows what the bear will look like.

Paddington follows the adventures of a Peruvian, CGI bear (no, not like Ted) who ends up in London. Paddington is then adopted by the Brown family and hijinks ensue. The trailer, in which Paddington destroys a bathroom and floods a house, seems to fit perfectly with the story version of a bumbling bear with the best intentions.

Ironically, news was also released today that the voice of Paddington (Colin Firth) has officially pulled out of the movie. Firth stated that the bear simply didn’t have his voice, so he left the film. Somehow, this key departure hasn’t set back Paddington’s release date.

Paddington will be released during Christmas 2014. Keep an eye on We The Nerdy for news about the new voice of Paddington.
