Veteran actor Kiefer Sutherland has recently revealed his involvement with the next installment in the Mortal Kombat series, which is currently in development. In an interview with IGN, Sutherland dropped the news while discussing his role as Big Boss in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. “I did Mortal Kombat, and that’s such a huge game, but it’s so not like [MGS5].”

There has been no word yet from Warner Bros. on the subject and Sutherland did not share what his role in the game will be. Sutherland went on to say that he completed Mortal Kombat “pretty quickly” compared to Metal Gear.
