Roy Harper was an integral part of Arrow’s second season, especially in the final episode where he earned his red mask. Now, Roy has an official uniform for the third season.
Entertainment Weekly has revealed the new outfit for Roy (now known as Arsenal) with an exclusive image. This outfit definitely has a similar feel to Oliver’s, but with some added options. One detail about the photo is Arsenal’s extra pocket for small arrows. I’m not sure what these smaller arrows are for, but they can probably cause some damage.
What do you think about the new costume? I think that it lends credence to the possibility that Jason Todd/Red Hood will show up in the next season, like we predicted with our feature about possible character appearances. Either way, it’s great to see Roy officially becoming Arsenal.
