Pros
- Mega Mode allows for a “traditional” Mega Man like experience
- Bosses feel unique and require an additional level of strategy to defeat
- Randomly generated levels feel more unique than 20XX

- Difficulty can be cumbersome for users who would like a more casual experience
- Controls can be difficult to pull off in certain areas
In Summary
With Capcom being quiet on when or where a new Mega Man X game will see the light of day the XX series has been a refreshing alternative. 30XX improves in almost every way than its predecessor 20XX and is a worthy follow-up. I do wish the controls for certain moves were a little better and there was a difficulty setting (yes I know the Mega Man X games didn’t have one but those were made decades ago) this is still a fun game to play and well worth your time.
