Marvel has released a promotional image for an upcoming series called Armor Wars, to be released during summer 2015.
This series was announced with no other information, but it appears to be revisiting the 1987 Armor Wars storyline. In the original Armor Wars, Spymaster sold the Iron Man technology to various villains, causing Tony Stark to leave the Avengers and pursue his stolen armor.
The art for Armor Wars was done by Steve Pugh, who has worked on hundreds of comics including Animal Man, Rogue Trooper: Tales of Nu Earth, and Hellblazer.
We have no concrete information about Armor Wars, but it will be very exciting to see both the Hulk-Buster and Galactus-Buster armor sets in action. Will you be picking up Armor Wars when it is released?
