- Nothing new in terms of gameplay
This is a hard game for me to recommend or score, as it felt so ordinary and “been there, done that” to me, but not in a good way. Fans of the series and this type of tactical RPG will no doubt find more enjoyment in this than I did. It may not truly be a bad game, but it was definitely wrong for me at this time. The game runs smoothly on the Switch, the visuals are nice in both detail and color, and the controls work just fine. If you’re a fan of the series and this genre, it’s probably a reasonable purchase. If you’re not already a fan, this won’t convert you.
