Vincent D’Onofrio, who fans may recognize from the original Men in Black as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent will be joining the upcoming Marvel Studios and Netflix television show Daredevil.
The 13 episode show will feature D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk aka The Kingpin. D’Onofrio joins Charlie Cox, who was recently cast as the titular hero.
Jeph Loeb, now Marvel’s Head of Television, had this to say about D’Onofrio joining the cast:
“We’re incredibly proud to have an actor with the gravitas and versatility of Vincent joining ‘Marvel’s Daredevil’ in such an integral role. Wilson Fisk is an iconic villain whose cunning and power make him the dangerous equal of our hero.”
