We’re under new management

Hey everyone, it’s me! Sean Capri! I’m rebooting We The GamerCast and every week, I’ll interview one of you, THE NERDY!

Ever since iOS 6 delivered a dedicated podcast app back in 2012, I’ve been shamefully addicted to podcasts. It started with comedy podcasts, actually. Adam Carolla, Marc Maron, The Crabfeast. But it didn’t take long to discover gaming podcasts like Beyond, Vic’s Basement, Married to the Games, and so many others. I can’t walk the dogs, cook a meal, clean the house, take the bus, heck – even go to bed sometimes – without listening to some long-form content.

Part of my addiction stems from a simple concept: I insert myself into the conversations.

My inner monologue will often shout “That’s what I was thinking!” or “You’re forgetting about this!” I have a feeling you might do the same.

Let us celebrate being nerds. This is We The Nerdy, isn’t it? Each week, I’ll have a one-on-one chat with one of you! A member of the community. I want to get to know my podcast-addicted brethren. We’ve all thought about starting a podcast of our own, maybe this is an easy way for you to get started. And if you already do your own podcast, let’s talk about that.

I don’t know anyone who will chat about video games with me for an hour at a time but with We The GamerCast, we will celebrate being nerdy.
