The follow-up to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light was announced during E3 2014.
Executive Producer Scot Amos announced during a Spike E3 livestream on Monday afternoon that Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris would introduce four player co-op for a series first. Of course, Lara Croft will be playable. Also included are a new archeologist named Carter, and Osiris’ son and wife, Isis and Horus.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris will be built for next-gen hardware and will be released sometime soon for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Doubling up on Tomb Raider games seems like a fantastic idea for Crystal Dynamics, because Lara Croft has been pretty popular lately. Plus, these smaller cooperative games are great.
