Granblue Fantasy: Relink is a beautiful game that is a must buy for those who like games like Final Fantasy XIV or the Xenoblade series. There is a bit of a learning curve to the combat, but it is such a joy once you get the hang of it. Special powers and moves feel really epic and are a ton of fun to pull off. Characters shine in their interaction with one another, despite just okay voice acting. There are a LOT of tutorials, but not always where you want them. At least the game does keep a good log of everything, so you’re always ready to play when you come back to it. It is best played with a controller, as opposed to keyboard and mouse. The musical score and sound design are great. Overall, this game is a joy to play.
