The first trailer has been released for Jeremy Renner’s upcoming movie Kill the Messenger.
Jeremy Renner stars as Gary Webb, a journalist who is trying to expose the United States government of arming Contra rebels in Nicaragua and importing cocaine. The film follows Webb’s pursuit of the truth and the blowback from the government that threatens to destroy his life.
Kill the Messenger is based on a true story, and it slated to release on October 10, 2014.
