It’s the week before Christmas and new game releases are scarce. Halo Wars gets a definitive edition, and the first two episodes of Telltale Games The Walking Dead: Season Three release. The Magnificent Seven remake with Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt arrives on home video this week, along with the true life tale Sully and the Rob Zombie horror flick 31. Theatrical releases hit the theaters on a Wednesday this time around (with one new release landing on Friday). Featured on the big screen this week is the video game inspired sci-fi Assassin’s Creed, starring Michael Fassbender, along with another sci-fi movie about a couple awakened early on a long space flight in Passengers. Movie goers also have the family friendly animated film Sing as a choice, and on Friday the James Franco/Bryan Cranston raunchy comedy Why Him? opens up. Off to the list we go, and remember, as always, release dates are subject to change.
