Star-Lord, the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy, is getting his own solo series. You know, the guy who was flipping security guards the bird in the trailer for the upcoming movie? Yeah, that guy. One could say that his actions were, you know legendary.
And hence, we have The Legendary Star-Lord! This new series will be written by Sam Humphries (Avengers AI, Ultimate Comics Ultimates) with art provided by Paco Medina (New X-Men, Suicide Squad).
Humphries has said that “Star-Lord was something that I felt like I would have a lot of fun with.” So, there’s that. This will likely be yet another fun book in Marvel’s line up which, you know, is fine. This will join Guardinas of the Galaxy, Rocket Raccoon, and Nova in the ever expanding Marvel Cosmic line.
