Gotham is about to get weird(er).

DC has announced two new additions to its Batman comics coming this fall.

Arkham Academy will be a monthly serial following the teen students of… you guessed it, Arkham Academy. With Bruce Wayne as a benefactor to this elite prep school, and a cast of both new and existing characters, the teen drama will fill a space that many Batman fans probably didn’t know existed. Written by Becky Cloonan and Brendan Fletcher, and illustrated by Karl Kerschl, Arkham Academy hits shelves October first.

Gerry Duggan and Shawn Crystal will be helming the other new addition, Gotham Manor. Have you ever wondered where the inmates would go if Arkham asylum were shut down? Apparently, the answer is Wayne Manor. This series will follow the antics of Gotham’s most well known lunatics while they are secured in Batman’s own home. And, when one of the inmates is murdered, Batman himself will be put to the test, returning (hopefully) to his sleuthing origins in the interests of justice. Check out Gotham Manor on the twenty second of October.
